Members will have their physician’s personal cell phone number and the ability to contact him or her anytime with their immediate concerns. With Generation VIPCare, patients and family members have the opportunity to ask questions and express concerns in person or via phone, text, or email. Communication and coordination are top priorities for us. Your family members, caregivers, and other specialists are all part of the team with which we’ll work closely.
